Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) have stated that most of the work required for the services to be provided to the people who will be travelling via the bridge to Hulhumale’ is now complete.
An area of land has been reclaimed which will used as parking for those traveling from Sinamale’ Bridge which is scheduled to open today. The parking zone which is located near the international terminal will also accommodate private vehicles. The parking zone will accommodate 100 cars.
A temporary bus stop has also been established for those whom will be using bus transportation. Two bus stops have been equipped at the airport, one near the previous bonded warehouse, and one behind the TMA seaplane check-in counters.
