The Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) is now accepting applications for the prestigious Human Resource Excellence Award.
This award, a testament to commitment and excellence in the realm of human resources, recognises both companies and individuals for their dedication to the development of human capital.
The MAHRP Human Resource Excellence Awards consist of three categories for individuals and seven for companies.
Awards for Individuals:
- Outstanding HR Leaders of the Year
- Imagine HR Leaders Award
- Excellence in Women HR Leader
Company Awards Focus on:
- Excellence in HR Innovation
- Excellence in Workplace Culture
- Excellence in Talent Development
- Excellence in Employee Wellness and Wellbeing
- Excellence in Equity Diversity, and Inclusion
- Excellence in HR Tech
- People Focus Leader Award
The aim of these awards is to acknowledge the skills and dedication of professionals in the field of human resources. Moreover, they seek to inspire the younger generation to explore this field and promote a greater emphasis on human resource development within companies.
Applications for the award will be accepted from the 19th of this month until the 15th of December this year.
MAHRP is an organisation dedicated to raising awareness and fostering talent in the field of human resources. Over the past five years, they have implemented numerous programs designed to enhance the human resource sector.
