Maldives ICT Expo and Consumers Fair has been launched by the vice president of the Maldives, H.E Mr. Faisal Naseem on the 4th of February. The event took place in Hotel Jen and is the largest technology fair held in Maldives.
This is the first event of the sort endorsed by the government according to the Communication and Science Minister, Honorable Mohamed Maleeh Jamal. As per the minister, Licamac would receive full support and cooperation from the ministry to make the event a success and requested for cooperation from all the participants.
Maldives ICT Expo and Consumers Fair will be held on June 2019 for three consecutive days at Dharubaaruge. The expo includes a one day symposium participated by experts from ICT field, business, guesthouse
Electronics products are available in discounted prices for the visitors during the expo. Technology roadshows have been scheduled for this years around Maldives as stated by Licamac.
