The Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) announces Mr. A.E Abdul Muhaimen as their new CEO as well as Managing Director. MIB further issued a press release confirming that Mr. Abdul Muhaimen has been part of MIB since the 17th of January 2019.
As a Bangladeshi, Mr. Muhaimen has proved his expertise in the banking field with his experiences in Asia, Australia, and the Middle Eastern countries. Before joining the Maldives Islamic Bank, Mr. Muhaimen had previously worked as the MD as well as CEO of the United Commercial Bank of Bangladesh. In addition, he was also associated with one of Bangladesh’s top Bank, BRAC Bank Limited as their Managing Director and CEO.
