Maldives Maritime Conference to Convene Global Maritime Leaders in March

Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) will host the Maldives Maritime Conference on March 6th at Paradise Island Resort. The conference aims to unite international maritime experts, stakeholders, and industry leaders for strategic discussions on sector development and contemporary challenges.

Given the Maldives’ status as a developing island nation, the maritime sector plays a pivotal role in connecting its economic growth with global trade networks. The conference will provide a crucial forum for exchanging perspectives and exploring strategies to advance the industry.

Maritime companies, stakeholders from the Maldives and abroad, and industry experts are encouraged to participate. The conference will feature presentations from both local and international speakers.

Registration for the Maldives Maritime Conference is open until February 25th. The event is held in collaboration with the International Ports and Harbors (IAPH), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Port of Johor (Malaysia), and the Port of Valencia (Spain).
