Maldivian Expands Domestic Network with Kudahuvadhoo Route

Maldivian is expanding its domestic network with scheduled daily flights between Malé and Kudahuvadhoo, improving air access for communities and businesses across Dhaalu Atoll.

Flights on the new route will begin on 17 September 2026, with promotional fares starting from MVR 1,111. Tickets have been available since 13 September through Maldivian’s website, mobile application, ticketing offices and authorised sales channels.

Kudahuvadhoo will become the 18th domestic airport served by Maldivian. The route is expected to provide residents of Dhaalu Atoll with greater access to Malé for work, education, healthcare, business and other travel needs.

Improved connectivity could also support resorts and other businesses operating in the atoll by making the region more accessible to travellers.

Maldivian operates domestic, seaplane and international services, with its international network covering destinations in Australia, Bangladesh, India and China. Its fleet comprises 25 aircraft, including an Airbus A330-200, an Airbus A320, five ATR aircraft, seven Dash 8 aircraft and 11 DHC-6 Twin Otters.
