Maldivian freelance photographer, Mr Ismail Niyaz Mohamed has received the Iron Design Award 2018-2019 in the Photography and Photo Manipulation Design Award category.
He has been working as a photographer for 16 years. Within this time he believes that this award from A’Design in Italy is his most prestigious award.
He was awarded this prize in April 2019. He entered the cover photo of the Liveaboard Magazine which he shot after the organizers invited him to participate in the competition.
With this award, Maldives is now in the World Design Ranks for the first time ever.
