Manta Air flight operations inaugurated officially on the 24th February 2019. Currently, the only destination of Manta Air flights is from Velana International Airport to Dhaalu Kudahuvadhoo Airport with 4 flights daily. More flights are expected to begin for Dharavandhoo and Thimarafushi Airports in the near future, as per Mr. Ahmed Maumoon, Chief Marketing Officer of Manta Air.
Following the inaugural flight of the airline, Mohamed Khaleel, CEO of Manta Air, said that, “After months of hard work, we are very excited to start our scheduled operations today.Flights to Kudahuvadhoo is just a beginning but a very important milestone for us. We will continue to expand our fleet, adding more routes and more destinations for our customer’s convenience. With our unwavering passion and customer focused Manta culture we will change the flying experience by making flying more enjoyable and effortless for everyone”
The flights to be used by Manta Air are of 600-72 brand with 64 seats per plane. The schedule for the upcoming 6 months will be visible on Manta Air’s website as per the Airline along with making of reservations then and there.
In order to celebrate the official inauguration of Manta Air, they also have a special promotion which is set to run till 31st May 2019. Super Saver and Saver fares are made available for those looking to travel in lower cost fares.
