Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) represents the destination at the Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM).
The fair is being held in Ha Noi from 29th March to 01st April, and representatives from resorts such as Villa Hotels, Amaya Kuda Rah and Kihaa Maldives have participated. Officials from MATATO as well as local PR firm Maldives Getaways are also taking part in the fair.

VITM is an excellent platform for tourism organizations and tourism related businesses to promote, network, and increase the awareness of destination and brand name. VITM Ha Noi 2018 will carry out many activities and present exhibition with the theme “Online tourism, Vietnam tourism advance to 4.0 industry revolution”, encouraging and supporting enterprises to access opportunities in the digital era.
Maldives was represented at 15 international travel shows and exhibitions in 2017 and MATATO plans on participating in even more travel shows and exhibitions in 2018.
