Medtech Maldives Pvt Ltd, a leading healthcare company, is inviting rent/lease proposals for the establishment and operation of services at its Fitness and Wellness Centre located in Hulhumalé. The Centre, situated at Lot 11630 (N1-54), Hithigas Magu 23000, aims to provide comprehensive services catering to the diverse health and fitness needs of the community.
The selected partner will be responsible for the development, management, and operation of the commercial spaces within the Centre. Medtech Maldives is calling on all qualified vendors to bring forward innovative ideas and expertise to create a premier environment for the fitness and wellness community in Hulhumalé.
An information session is scheduled for 9th July 2024, Tuesday, at the Fitness and Wellness Centre in Hulhumalé. Interested parties will have the opportunity to gain detailed insights and ask questions about the project during this session.
