MEGA Maldives Airlines are launching direct non-stop flights to Delhi and Mumbai. To commemorate this, Mega Maldives have organized a launch event at Shangri-La Eros Hotel in New Delhi on the 24th of November, 2016 at 7.30 PM. This will be a cocktails and dinner event, expected to be attended by over 200 travel and trade participants from India & significant coverage from the Indian Media.
India is one of the fastest growing markets to the Maldives. MEGA, which pioneered direct flights between China and Maldives sees important parallels between China and India. It is for this reason that we are now pioneering flights between Delhi and Mumbai, the two largest and most important cities in India.
Speaking to Corporate Maldives, Mr Javed Faizal, Manager PR of Mega Maldives highlighted that this event will not only show-case MEGA, but also highlight the wide variety of choice in the Maldives tourism sector in general. “We are confident that the event would be a fantastic opportunity for industry partners in the Maldives to mingle and network with key players in the Indian travel and trade sector.”
