The Ministry of Transport has digitised all its services, consolidating them into a user-friendly online platform known as Transport Online.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, yesterday, Transport Minister Aishath Nahula highlighted the user-friendly nature of the service, noting its potential to streamline processes for both the public and ministry employees.
With the introduction of Transport Online, all services offered by the ministry, spanning road and marine vessel registration, are accessible through this centralised digital hub.
“The service has provided great convenience to the people as well as the employees of the ministry,” Minister Aishath Nahula stated, underlining the impact of this digital transition.
This follows the Ministry of Transport’s introduction of online licenses in February.
