Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has signed an agreement with Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure – Maldives towards implementation of F. Magoodhoo Land Reclamation and Shore Protection Project.
CEO Adam Azim signed on behalf of MTCC and Ms. Zeeniya Hameed, PS, signed on behalf of Ministry. Bilehdhoo Constituency MP Ahmed Haleem graced the ceremony.
Scope of works involve, island reclamation operations of 17 hectares, airport reclamation operations of 30.8 hectares, construction of a 3339m revetment, a 90m groyne.
This project is valued at MVR 206.87 million and is expected to be completed within 650 days.
