Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has successfully completed the design and build of shore protection structures at N. Henbadhoo.
The project was completed on 2nd August 2021. Scope of the project included backfilling and levelling of 5000cbm of sand, construction of a 25m groyne, a 235m rock boulder revetment and placing geotextiles of 235m.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 5 million.
MTCC was incorporated on 18 December 1980 as the first public company in the Maldives. Throughout its existence, MTCC has positioned itself as the leading marine and land transport provider and civil and marine constructor.
