Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has provided an update on the Lh. Kurendhoo shore protection project.
On September 11th, 2022, the second shipment of rock boulders required for the Lh. Kurendhoo shore protection project was delivered to the project site, and breakwater construction is currently underway.
Scope of works include 91,000cbm beach filling, construction of a 361m breakwater and a 822m revetment.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 44.92 million.
