Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has provided an update on the Sh. Foakaidhoo harbour upgrade project.
MTCC reveals that the second shipment of concrete blocks required for the project of Sh. Foakaidhoo harbour upgrade has been delivered to the project site. Revetment construction is currently ongoing with 53% completion.
The scope of the project includes, dredging operations of 45,795cbm, construction of a 464m quay wall, a 100m revetment, a 507m breakwater, installation of 2320sqm harbor pavement, installation of streetlights and navigation lights.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 52.7 million.
