One Realty Pvt Ltd has obtained three international ISO certifications covering quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety across its real estate and engineering operations.
The certifications comprise ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 for its Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 for its Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Issued by Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS – UK Branch, the certifications have a current certification cycle commencing on 5 October 2026. Their scope covers the company’s provision of real estate and engineering solutions and commercial property development, including project formulation and implementation.
One Realty said the achievement reflects its efforts to strengthen internal systems and maintain standards in quality, environmental responsibility, workplace safety and continuous improvement. The company credited its team’s work on improving internal practices as central to obtaining the certifications.
