Ooredoo Maldives has introduced special International Direct Dialling rates for customers calling Saudi Arabia during the Hajj season, offering dedicated packages aimed at helping families stay connected with loved ones undertaking the pilgrimage.
The offer provides customers with call packages of up to 150 minutes to Saudi Arabia, with all packages valid for four weeks. Customers can choose from three options: 30 minutes for MVR 100, 75 minutes for MVR 250, and 150 minutes for MVR 500.
The packages can be activated through the Ooredoo App.
Hussain Niyaz, Chief Commercial Officer of Ooredoo Maldives, said the company introduced the offer to make communication more accessible during an important period for many Maldivian families.
“Hajj is a deeply meaningful time for many families in the Maldives, and staying connected with loved ones during this journey matters greatly. Through these special IDD offers, we aim to make communication more accessible and affordable, helping customers share prayers, moments, and memories with those who matter most.”
Ooredoo said the offer reflects its wider focus on providing connectivity services that support customers during meaningful personal and community moments.
The packages are available for customers wishing to call Saudi Arabia throughout the Hajj season.
