
Ooredoo Maldives has launched its “Futuboalha Foari” campaign, offering customers a range of promotions and rewards linked to the upcoming FIFA World Cup, including a chance to win a 75-inch Hisense TV through selected SuperNet Unlimited upgrades.
The campaign, running across Ooredoo Prepaid, Postpaid, and SuperNet services, aims to enhance customers’ connectivity and entertainment experience during the tournament.
According to the company, the campaign includes exclusive Medianet packages, SuperNet upgrade offers and device financing options designed to help customers enjoy World Cup matches from anywhere.
Special Medianet Package Available
Ooredoo has introduced the MTV “Weare26” Pack, available from 10 June to 20 July 2026 for both prepaid and postpaid customers.
The package is priced at MVR 275 and includes 3GB of regular data along with a Medianet TV subscription valid until the end of the World Cup. Customers can use the data across any application without restrictions while accessing tournament coverage through Medianet.
Ooredoo stated that customers can subscribe to the package through Holhuashi on the Ooredoo app, with charges added either to their prepaid balance or postpaid bill.
Free SuperNet Unlimited Upgrades
As part of the campaign, Ooredoo is offering customers a free upgrade to the next available SuperNet Unlimited package tier between 10 June and 31 July 2026.
The company stated that eligible customers will receive enhanced broadband speeds while continuing to pay the rental fee of their current package for the first three months. After the promotional period, the rental fee of the upgraded package will apply unless customers choose to downgrade before the end of the third month.
According to Ooredoo, the offer is available exclusively to customers upgrading to Unlimited packages and cannot be combined with the SuperNet Lucky Draw promotion.
Chance to Win a 75-inch Hisense TV
Customers who apply for a new SuperNet Unlimited connection or upgrade to an Unlimited package during the promotional period will be entered into a lucky draw to win a 75-inch Hisense television.
Ooredoo stated that the winner will be selected after the promotion concludes on 31 July 2026.
Easy Installment Plans for New Televisions
Ooredoo has also partnered with Redwave to provide eligible SuperNet Unlimited customers with access to selected Hisense televisions through a 12-month installment plan.
Customers can apply at Ooredoo Experience Centres, where eligibility assessments will be conducted in real time.
According to the company, existing Unlimited customers with a positive credit history over the past six months, as well as new Unlimited customers who activate Direct Debit, will be eligible for the offer.
Approved customers will receive a voucher redeemable at designated Redwave outlets in Malé and Hulhumalé.
Customers subscribed to SuperNet plans ranging from MVR 599 to MVR 700 will be eligible for selected 55-inch Hisense television models, while customers on plans priced at MVR 800 and above will have access to a wider range of television options. The offer will remain available while stocks last.
