Fintech and mobile-commerce startup, Payer has introduced Medianet bill payment service. Currently, this service is only available on iPhone application as a pilot service.
According to Payer, this service will be available on android applications soon, after reviewing customer feedback.
“We want to provide hassle-free services to our customers. We are working to enable more services in Payer, taking into account customer feedback to provide customers a simple and easy user experience” said Payer.
According to Payer, customers will be able to use Medianet customer self-care services on top of paying Medianet bill through payer. Customers can upgrade packages, purchase add-ons, check Medianet balance and use Medianet balance to pay for services.
Payer is an application launched in October 2018 to streamline digital payments and provide a unified platform for bills and payments. Payer provides Airtime Recharge (Reload, Raastas) and mobile and internet bill Payments (Dhiraagu, Ooredoo).
Payer also provides a convenient mechanism to instantly purchase a wide range of gift cards ranging from Lavafoshi, iTunes, Google Play, Spotify and Playstation.
