President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulla Al Thani, the Deputy Group CEO of Ooredoo Group, and other top executives on Wednesday. This meeting took place at the President’s Office in the morning.
In the meeting, President Dr. Muizzu thanked the Ooredoo Group’s leadership, including the Maldives branch team, for their outstanding telecommunication services in the Maldives.
President Dr. Muizzu and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulla Al Thani discussed ways to enhance technological cooperation in the Maldives and explored potential areas for joint efforts. Sheikh Mohammed detailed the various activities and projects Ooredoo Group has implemented in the Maldives as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Both sides showed a strong interest in working together to advance digital services in the Maldives, with the goal of providing the Maldivian people with smooth and efficient digital experiences.
