President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has nominated Mr. Ali Hashim, to be confirmed by the People’s Majlis as Governor of Maldives Monetary Authority.
Mr. Hashim had previously served as the Minister of Finance from 2008-2010.
The nomination follows after Mr. Ahmed Naseer, MMA’s Governor resignation on 24th July. He has served the Authority as Governor since 24 August 2017.
