Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that shore protection works at R. Dhuvaafaru is ongoing, with 37% completion.
The R. Dhuvaafaru Land Reclamation and Shore Protection project consists of dredging and reclamation operations of 22.2 hectares; 423m rock boulder revetment construction and 315m breakwater construction.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 143.1 million.
