Fraath identified the boom of e-commerce in the Maldives through the use of channels like WhatsApp and Viber. However, he was challenged to educate the public on the idea to get everything they need in one place. So to get an organized system was his first step. He is now currently working to tackle this challenge by making their presence strong in the market.

The next biggest obstacle for him was the retention of the workforce. Employees are the biggest assets to the success of any company but retaining them is a challenge in the Maldives. Fraath employs a very relaxed open culture without much of a hierarchy so his team can talk to him with ease.

Eat.mv is the leading online supermarket in the Maldives. Eat.mv offers 5,000+ products with free delivery services to anywhere in Malé and Hulhumalé.
