A road safety campaign for students have been inaugurated on 29th July 2019.
The campaign was launched in a ceremony held in Hiriyaa School by the Vice President of Maldives, Honorable Faisal Naseem.
Hon. Faisal Naseem advised to be careful when walking and driving on the roads due to the fact that the amount of accidents are on a worrisome level.
The road safety campaign is a long-term initiative by the Ministry of Education to educate students in line with National Road Safety Action Plan.
