Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that work on the design and build of S. Hulhudhoo Harbor is well underway, with overall 70% project progress.
MTCC stated that the fifth shipment of precast concrete blocks required for quay wall construction have been delivered to the project site.
The S. Hulhudhoo Harbour project consists of; dredging and excavation operations of 88,623cbm; construction of a 114m breakwater; a 624m revetment; a 742m quay wall; 2,250 sqm of paved area and installation of streetlights.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 66.3 million.
