Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that work on design and build of S. Hulhudhoo Harbour is underway, with overall 68% project progress.
The installation of precast concrete blocks and concrete works required for the quay wall are currently ongoing at the project site.
The S. Hulhudhoo Harbour project consists of dredging and excavation operations of 88,623cbm; construction of a 114m breakwater; a 624m revetment; a 742m quay wall; 2,250 sqm of paved area and installation of streetlights.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 65.1 million.
