Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa Appoints Rajesh Bhosle as Director of Finance

- Rajesh Bhosle joins Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa as Director of Finance, bringing over three decades of hotel finance experience.
- He previously served as Director of Finance at The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort and worked with brands including Marriott, Accor/Fairmont, and Radisson Blu.
- His appointment supports the resort's focus on financial discipline, internal controls, leadership development, and long-term growth.
Rajesh Bhosle has joined Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa as Director of Finance, bringing more than three decades of hotel finance and accounting experience across India and the Maldives.
He joins the resort from The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, where he served as Director of Finance. His experience includes financial management, operational controls, business growth and team development across luxury resorts, city hotels, convention properties, multi-property portfolios and hotel pre-openings.
Rajesh has worked with brands including Marriott International, Accor/Fairmont, and Radisson Blu. His earlier leadership positions include Multi Property Director of Finance for Kochi Marriott, Courtyard and Tribute Kochi Hotels; Director of Finance & Business Support at Fairmont Jaipur; and Financial Controller at JW Marriott Pune and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad.
He also served as Pre-opening Director of Finance for Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre, a 360-room property with six food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities accommodating up to 3,000 guests. His career includes regional APEC recognition for Best Internal Control and Talent Development.

The resort said his appointment would support its focus on financial discipline, leadership development and long-term growth.
Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is located on the private natural island of Furanafushi, a 15-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport. The resort has 176 guest rooms, seven restaurants and bars, and Shine Spa for Sheraton, which is situated on its own private island.
