SIMDI Group has signed a sub-distribution agreement with Shabnamee Holdings to expand its distribution network and improve access to its products across Laamu Atoll.
The agreement was signed at SIMDI Group’s head office, formalising a partnership with a local distributor to strengthen the Group’s presence in the atoll.
Through the partnership, retailers, hospitality businesses and consumers in Laamu will gain improved access to SIMDI Group’s portfolio of consumer products, supported by local distribution and customer service.
The Group said the partnership is expected to improve convenience, strengthen supply chain efficiency and meet the growing needs of businesses and consumers across the atoll.
Through SIMDI CPD, SIMDI Group distributes international brands across food and beverage, household essentials, personal care, wellness and lifestyle categories. Its portfolio includes Dilmah Tea, Dunar Basmati Rice, Mentos, Cadbury, Baby Cheramy, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Ariel, Tide, Pampers, Velvet, Holsten, Whisper, Gold, Vicks, Santan, My Bizcuit and Icafe.
