State Trading Organization plc (STO) is reducing the selling price of oil products, citing a decline in global market prices. Effective May 27th 2024, STO will decrease MVR 0.70 per litre for Diesel and MVR 0.35 per litre for Petrol.
Following this adjustment, consumers can expect the following prices at Fuel Supply Maldives stations starting May 27th:
Petrol: MVR 13.98 per litre
Diesel: MVR 13.92 per litre
In a press release, STO emphasized its commitment to providing sustainable services. The company assured customers that prices in Maldives will be adjusted in line with fluctuations in global oil prices.
