The STO Group has contributed MVR 1 million to support the Maldives’ campaign to provide aid to Palestine. This donation was made during a telethon organised by the International Aid Campaign and The Maldives Media.

Key members of the STO Group, including STO, MIFCO, Allied Insurance, Maldivian Gas, MSS, and FSM, participated in this initiative.
STO Managing Director Abdulla Saeed explained the purpose behind the donation, stating, “This assistance was provided to help the Palestinian people, and we are showing our support for them and expressing our deep concern about the atrocities being committed in Palestine.” He added that the contribution was made on behalf of the entire STO group, including high-level staff, shareholders, and executive heads of departments.
