Team STELCO Kanbalun wins the 11th season of Ooredoo Masrace, the exciting annual fishing tournament by Ooredoo Maldives which has become an integral part of Ramadan in the Maldives.
A number of special awards were given out to the winning teams and fishermen after a very competitive grand finale featuring Team STELCO Kanbalun, Team FSM, Team Goalhians and Team Keyolhu Bappi:
Champion Team: Team Stelco Kanbalun with 680.80 points

Team STELCO Kanbalun won Ooredoo Masrace 2022 with a whopping 680.80 points, while Team FSM became the runner-up with 191.05 points, and Team Goalhians received third place with 178.85 points.
The grand finale also celebrated Eid al Fitr, and was joined by the Hon Minister of Arts Culture and Heritage, Ms. Yumna Maumoon, Hon Minister at the President’s Office, Ms. Zaha Waheed, Ooredoo Maldives Board Member, Al Ustaza. Dheena Hussain and the Executive Management Team of Ooredoo Maldives.

Twenty-three teams including government institutions and major corporates participated in this year’s Ooredoo Masrace.
