On Monday, Urbanco formalised a framework agreement with Bighat Logistics Pvt Ltd for the Seaside Oasis development project in Phase II.
The project is set to introduce a range of features to the area, encompassing restaurants, park spaces, and water sports facilities. With this collaboration, the intention is to enhance the local community experience, boost tourism, and offer new job opportunities.
