US-Bangla Airlines to Start Direct Flights from Dhaka to Male’

US-Bangla Airline will be opening up the Dhaka-Male’-Dhaka route four days a week starting from November. This will make travel convenient and affordable for Bangladeshi tourists and Bangladeshi expatriates living in the Maldives.

Starting from the third week of November, US-Bangla Airline will operate 164-seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft from Dhaka to Male’. US-Bangla fleet consists of 14 aircraft, including 4 Boeing 737-800s, 7 brand new ATR 72-600s. The airline is planning to start operating to various destinations, mainly in order to serve new destinations and the Bangladeshi diaspora.

As of now, US-Bangla Airline is operating flights to Dubai, Muscat, and Doha, one of the destinations in the Middle East, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Chennai, Guangzhou, and China. Flights operating on the Kolkata and Bangkok routes have been temporarily suspended due to travel bans in various countries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to this, the airline is planning to launch flights to Colombo, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam soon.
