Ministry of Arts, Culture and Heritage of Maldives has extended the deadline of participation for the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Artist Camp and Art Exhibition.
According to the Ministry, the deadline has been extended to 19th August, 12:00 pm. The event is to be held from 22nd to 27th of September in the Maldives and is organized by the SAARC Cultural Centre.
The exhibition and camp focus on promoting regional unity and understanding through art. The event also aims to showcase the regional culture through the works of multiple artists and their work.
This is the second time the Art Camp and Exhibition is being held in the Maldives. The first Art camp was hosted at Kuda Bandos in 2013 and the exhibition was held at the National Art Gallery.
