Centurion PLC, the first Maldivian company to go public, has concluded the sales of their shares at the end of January 2017.
According to a statement to news media by Centurion PLC’s Chairman Ahmed Maumoon, the exact amount of shares sold is not being publicized yet and will be revealed following an audit of the sales. He also reportedly stated that following an internal audit of Centurion PLC’s IPO, the amounts will be announced on the 10th day of February.
Centurion PLC is a multi-disciplinary business undertaking in the Maldives since July 2008. They provide transport solutions to the shipping and airline industry, specializing in the delivery of cargo to any location within Maldives.
