Singapore’s famous Park Hotel Group will be entering the Maldives hotel and resort market with their flagship property in Maldives, Grand Park Kodhipparu, scheduled to open mid-2017.
The resort is located in North Male’ Atoll, a short 20-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport, and was designed by world-renowned hospitality design firm, Hirsch Bedner Associates. The resort will consist of 120 villas ranging from beach villas to overwater pool villas with private infinity pools. The resort also features two gourmet restaurants, harbor beach club and pool bar, a swimming pool, fitness center, water sports and diving center, wellness center and spa, sunrise yoga deck, and children’s activity center.
