Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that the second shipment of precast concrete blocks required for the quay wall construction of S. Hithadhoo Old Harbor have been delivered to the project site on 29th August 2021.
The S. Hithadhoo Old Harbour Project consists of; dredging and excavation operations of 234,297cbm; construction of a 800m breakwater; a 284m quay wall; 1,420 sqm of paved area, installation of harbor lights and navigational aids.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 52.4 million.
