Maldives Pension Administration Office has appointed Ms. Sujatha Haleem as the Chief Executive Officer for a period of five years effective from 31 October 2022.
Ms Sujatha has been responsible for running the pension office as the acting chief executive officer for over two years. She has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Pension Office since 2015.
Having served for 16 years at the forefront of efforts to introduce a sustainable and modern pension system in the Maldives, Ms Sujatha has played a key role in the implementation of the World Bank’s Pension and Social Protection Administration Project in the Maldives.
Pension Office stated that they aim to make successful efforts under the leadership of Sujatha Haleem to take the office to greater heights.
