Bank of Maldives has celebrated International Day of Persons with Disabilities in partnership with Maldives Deaf Association (MDA).
A children’s evening was held in K. Guraidhoo to celebrate the day and over 200 individuals from The Home for People with Special Needs joined and participated in the activities.
The event by MDA was held with the aim of providing inclusive opportunities for the deaf community and the society to come together.
Today, the Bank also distributed gift packs for all SEN students of Imadhudheen School to mark the day.
