Urbanco is inviting applications for the lease of 25 market spaces at Rashu Maarukeytu, located near the MTCC ferry terminal in Hulhumale’. The official notice clarifies that spaces will be awarded to the top bidders.
Market Space Details:
• Lease term is fixed at two years.
• Each designated market space spans 73.33 sq ft.
• The initial bid is at MVR 3,500.
To be eligible, applicants must be Maldvians who are at least 18 years old. Those who have previously leased spaces within the Hulhumale’ Rashu Maarukeytu are not eligible to participate in this round of bidding.
Prospective lessees are encouraged to submit their applications by the 30th of August. The auction will also be held on the same day.
