Maafushi Island has recently become the first location outside of Male City to offer Dollar ATM services.
In a press release shared today, the President’s Office announced the successful launch of Dollar ATM services in Maafushi, fulfilling President Muizzu’s campaign promise to bring financial services to rural areas.
The implementation of Dollar ATM services in Maafushi is part of a larger government initiative to modernize financial infrastructure across the nation and promote economic growth and development in smaller communities.
