This pioneering startup bootcamp is designed to enhance entrepreneurial skills among young people, with a focus on idea validation and the application of lean methodology to create efficient and sustainable businesses.
The Lean Startup Maldives – Addu Edition marks the first-ever startup bootcamp held in Addu City, dedicated to teaching the latest techniques in customer development, lean, and agile development. These methodologies are transforming the way new products and startups are developed worldwide. The bootcamp aims to address a common issue where startups begin product development without validating their ideas, by training participants on essential steps to take before pitching and developing their ideas.
The intensive bootcamp will cover the application of the lean canvas model and best practices in solution development. Facilitated by a certified lean practitioner and coach, participants will gain a valuable framework of tools and techniques through expert-led theoretical and practical sessions. These sessions are designed to help early-stage startups learn the correct steps and processes for identifying and acquiring customers and building sustainable businesses.
