The site is operating under a “proactive reserve + dynamic allocation” strategy, ensuring that essential materials such as steel bars, concrete, and formwork are readily available, particularly for the structural work up to the 14th floor.
By February, reinforcement work for the basement foundation was underway, keeping the project on track. According to the timeline, basement slab pouring is set for completion by March 20, 2025, marking a transition to the above-ground structural phase, with progress already ahead of the initial schedule. This head start allows additional time for detailing and refinement in the later stages of development.
