HEP Ibrahim Mohamed Solih officially commenced the physical asphalt laying work of Hdh. Hanimaadhoo Road Project at a special function held in Hdh. Hanimaadhoo yesterday.
The scope of the project includes laying asphalt on 20 major roads totaling 44000 sqm with road markings, construction of sidewalks and storm water management system.
Furthermore, CEO of MTCC, Adam Azim briefed HEP Ibrahim Mohamed Solih as he inspected the progress of Hdh. Hanimaadhoo Harbour extension project. The scope of the project includes dredging 19870 cbm from harbor basin & construction of a 355 breakwater, 50m revetment, 270m quay wall, and pavement of 4582 sqm area. Overall project progress is 30%.
