Coral Boulevard, a 350 luxury apartment condominium near Rasfannu Artificial Beach, opens up bookings for 80 units.
The project is being developed by Singapore’s Chang Hua Construction. The project consists of four towers, 25 floors each. According to the company’s Assistant Manager of Sales and Marketing, Ms Aishath Gaahir, three towers will include 549 residential units.
The 80 units that are open for booking are three-bedroom residential units and the booking fee amounts to MVR 150,000.

Three of the towers built will be for residential use, the fourth tower will be used for commercial purposes.
