Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that the work on design and build of Dh. Hulhudheli Harbour Development Project is well underway, with overall 87% project progress. Final shipment of rock boulders have been delivered to the project site.
Scope of works for the project include dredging and excavation operations of 49,612 cbm; the construction of a 432m quay wall; a 337m breakwater; and a 252m revetment. Additionally, the installation of 1,645sqm of paved area and streetlights will also be undertaken.
According to MTCC, the value of the project is MVR 45.8 million.
