Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that the Ha. Muraidhoo Harbour Development Project is progressing well.
According to MTCC, the second shipment of precast concrete blocks required for construction of quay wall for Ha. Muraidhoo Harbor Development Project, have been delivered to the site. Installation of concrete blocks are currently ongoing, with 50% completion.
The scope of the project includes, construction of a 212m quay wall, a 407m breakwater, a 107m repair work of breakwater, a 105m revetment, a 50m groyne, dredging operations of harbor and channel, construction of a ramp, a walkway bridge, installation of navigation lights and harbor lights.
The value of the project is MVR 33.7 million.
