Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking interested parties for the development and operation of a Daycare Center in Hulhumalé Lot 10949 (N3-44). The selected party will be responsible for the design, construction, and management of the property for the duration of the lease term.
A Daycare Center is planned to be developed in Hulhumalé by HDC to cater to the growing demand for an environment to nurture and entertain children. This concept will allow working parents with very active daily routines to seek quality care and comfort in a safe environment for their children.
The area of the plot spans 2,941 square feet.
