Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking interest parties for the development and operation of Building for Clinics in Hulhumalé. The selected party will be responsible for the design, construction and management of the property for the duration of the lease term.
Hulhumalé has seen its population grow steadily and with it the need for independent medical facilities, such as clinics. The proposed development would allow for multiple practitioners to provide a variety of services under the same establishment. The facility is strategically placed in a well-populated area for the convenience of accessibility.
The plot area of the property is 7,760.77 square feet.
